The room was clean and spacious, apartment-style, with basic equipment and a welcome bag of coffee. The room matched the photos. The only thing I missed was maybe a kitchen knife :) . The staff is nice and friendly, and right upon arrival they explain the hotel rules, among other things. Even before your stay, they contact you via WhatsApp and offer to arrange transportation to/from the hotel. In my case, I also had the option to accommodate one guest included in the room price, which was exactly what I needed for my girlfriend. Accommodation is paid in full upon arrival at the hotel. The hotel does not have its own restaurant in the building – on one hand that’s a pity, but since breakfast at a nearby modern-looking café is tasty and just a few steps away on the next street, I personally don’t see it as a problem.

We stayed at Firenze Lofts for 9 nights and absolutely loved our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome — always professional, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The facilities are modern, stylish, and impeccably maintained. Everything feels new, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The location is superb — walking distance to excellent restaurants, cafes, and safe, vibrant neighborhoods. Despite being so central, the loft itself was quiet and peaceful, a perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. We travel frequently and Firenze Lofts stands out as one of the best places we’ve stayed. Highly recommended — we would return in a heartbeat!

Great suite in Laureles that gives you more than a hotel. Comfortable bed, nice TV, desk to work, good internet, nice shower with hot water, coffee maker, microwave, and stovetop for simple cooking. Daily room cleaning and included breakfast from a cafe one block away. Although no laundry is available onsite, the hotel partners with a laundry service that will pick up and return laundry the same day for a good price. Staff is friendly and helpful and you can book tours from the front desk.

relatively quiet place for Medellin, very clean, the girls at the reception were very helpful even though they didn't speak English and I spoke Spanish, we communicated through Google Translate. They tried to explain everything nicely and if there was a problem they solved everything for you. I liked that there is a kitchen, if you don't want to go out for dinner in the evening you can make basic food in your room. Breakfast is across the street in another hotel (3 minutes walk) and there was plenty to choose from, they were delicious.

The bed was super comfortable😍and I loved the mid century design with a touch of industrial design, GORGEOUS GORGEOUS GORGEOUS!!! The overall room layout is perfect because you have everything you need in one space; kitchenette, a sitting area, etc. Definitely worth it👏🏾😍.

It was a very nice, quiet & nice location. The staff was very friendly. We were welcomed warmly & every time we entered and exited we we’re greeted attentively. It’s a very nice neighbourhood to stay also with kids. We loved the fact that there was a kitchnette, though we did not make use of it. We would recommend 10/10! Thank you for everything and we will be back soon!

super helpful staff, the fact that breakfast was not in the hotel worked well for us, very clean and modern with exposed concrete, good location 15 minutes to the metro, street is also audible at night - but not very disturbing
